Its official, Pacquiao vs. Cotto match will be on MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas in November 14, 2009. Its confirmed by Bob Arum and announced by HBO Boxing.The two boxers will meet on 145 lbs. maximum weight limit and I think there will be no belt nor any title at stake but a simple showdown for two title holders and champions of their divisions.
