Set your New Wordpress Blog’s Privacy Settings

I found out recently that if you are using Fantastico on your CPAnel to install your Wordpress blog, it configures by default that your blog’s privacy settings will be non-visible to search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo and even on Technorati. This mean that it can be searched or followed by spiders. This is what I experienced recently on my Oes Tsetnoc blog that causes it not to be visible for a couple of weeks. Not only when I found out about this.

This is the reason why you need to set the privacy settings of your blog manually. Here’s how:
