Will You Watch Mayweather vs. Ortiz Fight?
July 20, 2011Before I start discussing about this Mayweather vs. Ortiz topic, I just want to say first that I am a die-hard fan of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and I believe that he is really the best boxer of the current era.
Now back to the question if I will watch the Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight. Honestly, I am despite that I don’t like Mayweather’s rapid fire mouth and getting tired of his endless reasons of not fighting Manny Pacquiao. Why? I want to see if he can handle the agressive southpaw of Victor Ortiz on their fight on September 17, 2011. I believe that Ortiz got a strong stance and punches that might get Mayweather in trouble. Prankly speaking, I will watch Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight because I want Mayweather to loose this fight.
If he does loose in this fight, then there will be no reason for him to talk and talk. But of course, there’s a big chance that he will win this match because he got the style that can go the distance in boxing. This is the reason why up to now he is still undefeated.
Well, Mayweather vs. Ortiz is really an interesting match and I guess every Pacquiao fan will want to see this fight.

Well, what will I do? I’ll spend P650. Its digital and its cristal clear but I hope it won’t rain ‘coz my provider got problems with heavy rains.

Where to Watch Cotto vs. Mayorga This Coming Sunday 03/13?
March 11, 2011Do you remember Miguel Cotto, the guy that is beaten by our very own and boxing idol Manny Pacquiao? Yes him who almost survive the 12 round match but to the last minute of the round have been KOed. If other opponents of Manny Pacquiao have retired or just stop from boxing (even take drugs after the lost), Miguel Cotto is different. He still fights and prove to the world that the lost against our Filipino champ is enough to make him stop from doing what he really loves. He still stand as the champion and held the super welterweight or light middleweight title after he beats the Israeli boxer, Yuri Foreman.
Now, he will defend this crown against the Nicaraguan boxer, Ricardo Mayorga on March 12 (Las Vegas time but March 13 in the morning in the PHilippines) . Cotto vs. Mayorga championship match will be a 12-round heavy exchanges of punches.
I want to watch Cotto vs. Mayorga even I feel down right now after I currently heard the news about what happened in Japan. It seems that the earthquake and tsunami affected my appetite on this event but I will still watch it.
Where to watch Cotto vs. Mayorga live online? Well, Showtime PPV is the number one source for this which cost $49.95 but I’ll check it tomorrow if how much it will cost via the cable TV provider I have at home.

February 17, 2011One of the boxing event tha I am waiting to happen this year of 2011 is the upcoming fight of Nonito Donaire and Fernando Montiel. Do you know why? I have seen the fight of the both fighters and the results are are all pretty impressive compared to other fighters today. Of course we can’t compare them to Manny Pacquiao because he is already a legend and I can’t think of anybody that can surpass his skills as a disciplined, down to earth and focus boxer.
Now if you are looking means to watch Donaire vs. Montiel live, then you can’t watch it on ABS-CBN live but a couple of minutes delayed.
